The 2nd Site Partnership Program is a consortium of software consultants collaborating to provide software solutions to small and mid-size businesses in the spirit of cooperation and teamwork.

2nd Site Business Solutions and K.C. Courtnier, member of the Intuit Solution Provider program, offer an informal affiliate partnership to individuals for the purpose of promoting and supporting software sales and services. Originally limited to QuickBooks ProAdvisors providing QuickBooks bookkeeping and consulting services, we have now opened the program to all qualified business professionals.

We assist the individuals in acquiring selected software skills and knowledge they might otherwise find difficult to obtain on their own. This is done through shared documentation, online meetings, recorded webinars, small group classes for hands-on experience, remote access support, group emails, on-site visits and other collaborative means of communication.

Members benefit from the opportunity to develop relationships with other professionals who share or compliment their own business focus. More than just a networking opportunity, the 2nd Site Partnership Program creates a learning environment that allows members to assist one another in expanding their skills and knowledge in order to grow their business.

There is no membership fee. In fact, members can earn money as a result of their participation. For example, 2nd Site rewards members for referrals that result in the sale of QuickBooks Enterprise software, QuickBooks Point of Sale software, PixelGigs SmartSuite subscriptions, QuickBase subscriptions and Intuit Payment Solutions (merchant services) products. Established in 2010 as an experimental program limited to just a handful of members, 2nd Site paid out over $2000 in referral rewards to the six most active participants in the first year.

Why some people joined the 2nd Site Partnership Program:

• To develop a reciprocal, mutually beneficial relationship with an Intuit Solution Provider. K.C. teaches members how to support QuickBooks Enterprise and Point of Sale and they agree to place their Intuit software purchases through her.
• To earn extra cash, because K.C. pays a $100 cash reward for each new qualified Intuit merchant service account placed through her.  Her PixelGigs partners receive monthly payments for their SmartSuite referrals. She also pays rewards for POS and Enterprise leads.
• For hands-on training not available elsewhere K.C. held seminars, free to program members, demonstrating how to set up and use POS hardware and software. She accompanied program members to their first POS installations at no charge in order to coach them through the process. No other Intuit Solution Provider in the Pacific NW assists ProAdvisors like K.C. does.
• To meet other QuickBooks professionals on their area K.C. held numerous meetings for members at which they discussed general business challenges and specific software issues.
• To become resources for one another such as when K.C. and three members collaborated on a retail physical inventory job that none would have been able to take on individually.
