In 2020, K.C. collaborated with her long-time business affiliates at Drive Accounting to expand her services and support options. Drive Accounting is positioned to maintain K.C.’s established record of outstanding support while adding services and new integration software offerings. In April 2020, Drive Accounting assumed 2nd Site’s primary reseller status within Intuit’s QuickBooks Solution Provider® program.

What is the QuickBooks® Solution Provider program?

Members of the QuickBooks® Solution Provider program are an elite group of Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisors who have developed expertise in technology and software integration for small to medium businesses. They are allowed to direct-sell QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions subscriptions, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, QuickBooks Payments, and other Intuit products.

The goal of a QuickBooks Solution Provider is to give QuickBooks users a complete software and support solution from a personal local expert, so you don’t have to rely on a 1-800 call center.

Hello,

I know you have many options in selecting a consultant to help you address your software challenges. For many years, I’ve focused on sharing my knowledge with you, to empower you so you can run your company more efficiently, effectively, and successfully.  I have worked with each of you as unique individuals, based on your specific requests and requirements.

No matter how much technology changes the way we all do business, my goal remains the same; to share knowledge with integrity, enthusiasm, and good cheer, so we all succeed in our respective businesses.

In light of the need to continuously stay up to date on new technology and software while my own tendency is to stick to “the old ways”, and considering the changing logistical demands presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, I recognize that you are best served by my collaboration with younger, brighter, more adaptable minds. In January 2020, I began working with Eric and Ted at Drive Accounting to develop a way for their team to assist me with my workload and begin offering more options to my clients. It was a well-timed plan, considering our present global situation. Please understand that although I’m still here, still involved in the background, I am now directing 2nd Site clients, new and former, to work with the Drive Accounting team.
